Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve with my family. We had everyone except Luke, who's serving a mission in D.C. We had a house full...full of babies!!! It kept things interesting and there never was a dull moment. We had a good party!

Party Time

We've been enjoying the annual Christmas parties. Here are just a few pictures from the most recent and infamous Ward Christmas Party!

Temple Lights

To kick off the Christmas season, we headed to Salt Lake to see the lights on Temple Square with all of Shane's fam. I hadn't been back to see the lights for awhile. It was beautiful, as always. Thanks for a great weekend.

What's Old Is New

So last year, I didn't decorate much because of my bedrest prior to the boys' birth and lack of energy afterward so this year it was extra fun to pull out my Christmas stuff. It became brand new to me all over again. I shop a lot after the holidays so there was some stuff that I hadn't even used yet. Here's a little of what I was able to do this year. Tis the Season!!!

I got a cheap smaller tree to go up on the end table this year due to the 4 extra hands & 20 chubby fingers to help me out this year.

A Visit to the Doc

We took the boys in for their one year check up today. They haven't been in since their 6 month visit, so I was anxious to talk to their Doctor. They are both doing really well...right on track! Here are their recent stats:

Carson: 20.6 lbs. (12.6 %tile)
29 inches (25.7 %tile)

Cade: 18.4 lbs. (2.6 %tile)
28 inches (5.5 %tile)

They are staying true to their own growth curves. Poor Cade is such a small little guy. Carson isn't a big guy himself, but he always seems huge next to Cade! Anyone heard much about growth hormones??!! :) They did really well and I'm so grateful for healthy, happy boys.

Thanksgiving Birthday Boys

Hi! I'm Carson and I'm OnE!!! I love to EaT, I am constantly making NoISe, and will let ANyOne hold me. Toys are overrated. Being held is WAY better than any toy! One of my favorite things to do is show off my two bottom TeETh! I can stand by myself but I won't even try to take a step. Crawling is just way faster.

Hi! I'm Cade and I'm OnE!!! I have a SoFT little VOicE and can melt any woman's heart! I love to SiNG, steal BiNKiEs, and GiGglE at most anything! I could play with ToYS pretty much all day long. My favorite toy is my WALkeR...I use it everyday...all day! I can also stand all by myself and am even thinking about taking some steps while flying solo, but haven't gotten up quite enough courage yet. Soon, people...very soon!

Family Pictures

We were finally able to get some family pictures done. We haven't done it since the boys were born so we were due. Paula was able to do them for us in Twin and she was awesome. She was behind the camera getting the boys to focus & smile. She saved us big time. I'm sure like most people, I'm not really a fan of myself in most pictures but that aside, I'm happy with them. There were a ton and I'm still trying to pick out my favorites (and would love any input). Here are a few of them.
